Based on this quote, excellent communication is a way of delivering the message to a given audience. When the leader can communicate the message effectively to the audience, motivating them to act on the given message, the leader has impacted the audience. However, if the message given by the leader is not clear, the audience will not be able to understand the message and the message will be invalid. Therefore, it is essential for a leader to have excellent communication skills in order to get the message across to the audience. When the leader gives information about assignments or topics needed to do or learn, the audience can know the objectives required to be done and gain new knowledge from the leader.
